30 x 30 from Foilco

Huge thanks to the folks at Foilco for sending this little beauty through – their 30th birthday book, 30 x 30. The casebound book features responses of thirty graphic designers and illustrators to the question: What advice would you give to your younger self? Astrid Stavro, Anthony Burrill, Jean Jullien, Morag Myerscough and others have provided a selection of sincere and thoughtful wisdom.

You can read an online version of their thoughts here. Their answers are interleaved with a selection of pages showcasing Foilco’s wonderful foils doing what they do best.

Deeply lovely stuff, showing how well paper, print and foils can work together. Papers by GF Smith, design by StudioDBD.

And I can’t help but mention our own birthday book here, 10 x 10, from December 2014. Jeepers, the years are ticking by with undue haste…
